The session schedules and link to purchase tickets for each session are listed below. Tickets will go on sale Monday, March 17th at 9am. Tickets will be $5.00 each (plus applicable service fees). Based on the number of participants and seats in the theatre, we will be starting with up to maximum 5 seats that can be purchased per family per program (cheer or dance) for the day. Tickets must be purchased online and ahead of time for each session. Please note, we are not reserving tickets for families, so please PURCHASE EARLY!
Note for Cheer Families
Due to the large number of cheer athletes again this year, we are running two identical cheer sessions to allow for 5 tickets per family to one of the sessions. Kids will be kept backstage during the two sessions, so you’ll drop the off for the walkthrough before the first cheer session, then pick the up according to the pick-up schedule following the second cheer session.
Extra Tickets
On Wednesday, March 26th at 9am, we will be opening any unpurchased seats (if any) to anyone who would like them. You can use the same ticket links. Tickets must be purchased online and ahead of time for each sessionThank you in advance for your support as we ensure all families have a fair opportunity to view the hard work we’ve put in this year.
Hair, Make-up and Outfit
Please come with your child ready to go for the walkthrough – hair and make-up done according to the guidelines for Photo Day (for cheer click here – Photo Day), uniform/costume on and shoes and poms (cheer) with you. Please bring a bag and waterbottle labelled with your child’s name and nut-free snacks/food packed. Anything else that you bring, please make sure it is clearly labelled their your child’s name as well. We will have activities backstage such as colouring, puzzles and games to keep things fun during performance times.
Day-Of Walkthrough
We will be taking the approach of running walkthrough onstage prior to each program’s session, however this year the walkthroughs are NOT open to spectators.
Drop-off and Pick-up
Thanks for your feedback, we will be using the same approach for drop-off and pick-ups this year.
- All athletes should be dropped off at the All Participant Drop-off location to be taken back to their designated dressing room. Each class is scheduled to arrive at a different time to stagger the number of arrivals. Please see the full schedule below for your class’s arrival time. Please ensure you pack water and nut-free snacks/food with your child.
- We will have three pick-up locations after each session that will be noted on the full schedule – 1. Stage Left Pick-up, 2. Stage Right Pick-up and 3. Participant Doors Pick-up. Instructors will be present to reunite children and their parents at 10 minute intervals per class in an attempt to reduce congestion. Families who have a pick-up location in the theatre are encouraged to remain in their seats until their scheduled pickup window to ensure the aisles remain clear for the families who have retrieved their child(ren).
- For kids in two cheer classes, they will be released with the class they performed with last.

Full Schedule (Updated March 27th)

Wascana Flower Shoppe Partnership
Twin Lakes Cheer and Dance Programs are thrilled to once again partner with the Wascana Flower Shoppe. The Wascana Flower Shoppe offers flower services for your little performer on-site at the Riddell Theatre for each of our performances. There are two options again for this year – a pre-order & pickup service (we always get great feedback on this) and an on-site popup booth to purchase flowers from.
Please note that ordering/purchasing flowers is a tradition but completely optional.
PRE-ORDERS ARE OPEN UNTIL MARCH 24th. Check out the pop-up shop outside of the theatre on Sunday from 9:30 am – 5:30 pm. Cheer families – please pick-up your pre-orders or make your pop-up shop purchases BEFORE Session 2 as they will be closing at 5:30 pm.

Volunteers
Your children have worked hard all year learning new skills, which they are eager to share with friends and family. We can only make this day successful with the help of volunteers. We are requesting volunteers for various tasks – class chaperones (two per class) for each session, backstage gophers, and ushers. Class chaperones will get a front row seat in the audience to watch their chaperone class perform.
Riddell Centre Parking
There are multiple places to park around the campus free of charge on Sundays. Please consult the map below for highlighted parking areas.
