Winter/Spring Programming

 The City of Regina Winter/Spring Leisure Guide will be available on December 6th.  TLCA registration opens January 1st.  Visit each program page (look for the “register” link for each class) or login to your account through the Portal Login link in the top right and register from there.

Register early, space is limited.

Looking for Volunteers

Are you community minded?  Interested in getting involved?  Wanting to give back in your area?

We are looking for a Treasurer, Secretary, Program Coordinator and Social Coordinator.

Regina Community Needs Assessment

Help us make Regina a closer knit community.  Five minutes of your time is all that it takes to fill out the survey.  Tell your municipal support representatives what isn’t working, how can we all do better, what issues are impacting you and your family the most!

This is a joint initiative between Zone Boards and participating Community Associations to get direction from you, the people of Regina on how you can better be supported.  We want to hear what matters most to you!  Please visit:

What We Do

Twin Lakes has well-developed parks in Rochdale, Maple Ridge and Lakewood subdivisions.  It includes four elementary schools, the Northwest Leisure Centre, local shopping and services that are provided on Rochdale Boulevard and the nearby Sherwood shopping Centre.
