Adult Programs

Join us in a variety of adult programming.

A Twin Lake Membership / CA Membership is required for registration.  Memberships will now be added to family accounts in JackRabbit at the start of each new programming year and can be paid for at the same time as programming.  If you have a CA membership other than from Twin Lakes, any registrations will not be verified until an email with the CA membership has been sent to the Twin Lakes Community.

Current Class Offerings

Adult Learn to Run

This class is for adults who would like to introduce running as part of their spring fitness plan.  The class will focus on running technique and a gradual progression of running distance/ability to improve cardiovascular endurance.  Exercises for core fitness, upper and lower body strength will be included to improve running form.

Barre Sculpt

This class incorporates a variety of techniques rooted in dance, focused on high-reps of small-range movements, dynamic exercises, core stabilization and active stretches, all while keeping your heart rate up. You’ll feel the burn as you sweat, stretch, and strengthen to energize your entire body. This class will be taught center-floor with no barre.

Please bring your own yoga mat, a light set of weights (2-3 lbs) and either Barre socks (or any socks with grip) or go in bare feet.

Beginner Yoga

Offered at a slower pace this class will give you a good foundation with introduction to basic yoga poses, breathing techniques and overall personal awareness.

Body Works

A one hour class that has it all and covers all the fitness basics.  A combination class consisting of 20 minutes or cardio, 20 minutes of strength and 20 minutes of core and stretching.  All levels welcome with modifications given for exercises.

Core & Cardio

A mix class to strengthen your core while getting your heart pounding and sweat on!

Fitness Boot Camp

This class is a mixture of H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training), core, body sculpting, Tabata Drills and cardio! Boot Camp is an exciting, challenging workout targeting strength, agility and coordination!

Floor Hockey

This is a recreational and fun floor hockey program. It is for any level of hockey knowledge or experience. Non-marking shoes required.

Pickleball

Pickleball is a lot of fun. Designed for seniors but anyone can enjoy the game. It is played with paddles, a badminton net, a wiffle ball, and the game resembles tennis.  **PLEASE NOTE Masks will be mandatory, anyone without a mask will not be able to participate in that day’s programming. 

Outdoor Boot Camp

Pound

The Pound workout fuses cardio interval training with drumming to provide a challenging, heart-pumping workout. It moves fast: From start to finish, lively, heart-pumping movements and upbeat tunes keep the workout feeling fresh.

Zumba
