Adult Programs
Join us in a variety of adult programming.
A Twin Lake Membership / CA Membership ($10) is required for registration. Memberships will now be added to family accounts in JackRabbit at the start of each new programming year and can be paid for at the same time as programming. If you have a CA membership other than from Twin Lakes, any registrations will not be verified until an email with the CA membership has been sent to the Twin Lakes Community.
Adult Tap
Learn the basics of tap while getting some exercise! Come with tap shoes (or running shoes), comfortable clothing, and prepared to have fun! No experience necessary, 18 yrs+.

Beginner Yoga
Offered at a slower pace this class will give you a good foundation with introduction to basic yoga poses, breathing techniques and overall personal awareness, 18 yrs+.

Total Body Fitness Workout
An overall body workout that has it all and covers all the fitness basics! An effective combination of cardio, strength training, core and stretching. Instructor offers lots of support on exercise form and how to engage your muscles. This 8 week session has options for beginners to advanced participants, so all can enjoy. 18 yrs+.

Zumba / Pound
This class is a half hour Zumba (dance inspired cardio workout) combined with a half hour Pound class (drumming cardio inspired). This class is great for those who love to dance and drum!! SO MUCH FUN! Its also a great way to get just enough of both of these great classes. No experience necessary, 18 yrs+.

Volleyball
This is a recreational and fun volleyball program. It is for any level of knowledge and experience. Non-marking shoes required.

Barre Sculpt
This class incorporates a variety of techniques rooted in dance, focused on high-reps of small-range movements, dynamic exercises, core stabilization and active stretches, all while keeping your heart rate up. You’ll feel the burn as you sweat, stretch, and strengthen to energize your entire body. This class will be taught center-floor with no barre, 18 yrs+.

Please bring your own yoga mat, a light set of weights (2-3 lbs) and either Barre socks (or any socks with grip) or go in bare feet.
Outdoor Boot Camp
This class is a mixture of H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training), core, body sculpting, Tabata Drills and cardio! Boot Camp is an exciting, challenging workout targeting strength, agility and coordination! 18 yrs+
Pickleball
Pickleball is a lot of fun. Designed for seniors but anyone can enjoy the game. It is played with paddles, a badminton net, a wiffle ball, and the game resembles tennis, 18 yrs+.
Pound
The Pound workout fuses cardio interval training with drumming to provide a challenging, heart-pumping workout. It moves fast: From start to finish, lively, heart-pumping movements and upbeat tunes keep the workout feeling fresh, 18 yrs+.
