Join us in a variety of adult programming.
A Twin Lake Membership / CA Membership ($10) is required for registration. Memberships will now be added to family accounts in JackRabbit at the start of each new programming year and can be paid for at the same time as programming. If you have a CA membership other than from Twin Lakes, any registrations will not be verified until an email with the CA membership has been sent to the Twin Lakes Community.

A completed painting to take home with skills to build on! 14 yrs+

Adult Tap (Beginner)
Learn the basics of tap while getting some exercise! Come with tap shoes (or running shoes), comfortable clothing, and prepared to have fun! No experience necessary, 18 yrs+.

Adult Tap / Jazz Intermediate / Advanced
Mastered the basics of tap and jazz? Join us in our intermediate / advanced class to challenge yourself while getting some exercise! Come in comfortable clothing and prepared to have fun! For jazz, either black oxford jazz shoes or runners, and tap shoes.18 yrs+.

Ageless Fitness
It’s never too late to start exercising, regardless of your age or if you are new to exercise! A total body muscular strength and endurance workout designed for all levels. Increase your strength, stamina, and muscular endurance to help achieve your fitness goals.

Bring Your Own Glass
In this session you will learn to prep, paint and fire your glass so it becomes dishwasher safe on the top rack. Bring your glass item and the rest will be supplied! Any glass surface will work. 14 yrs+.
Introduction to Women’s Self-Defense
This one-hour session is an introduction to some of the essential elements of self-defence. The session includes discussion of awareness, risk assessment and strategies to enhance your safety. We will work with stability as well as attacking weak links and vulnerable areas. The instructor is a retired police officer with experience in instructing both martial arts and police defensive tactics. Wear comfortable clothing and non-marking running shoes. No watches or jewelry for safety reasons.
50 yrs+
Martial Arts Sticks
Discover the art and discipline of Filipino stick fighting in this beginner-friendly class focused on the Pintados style of Arnis. Participants will learn fundamental techniques using a single stick (provided), including striking patterns, blocks, and movement drills. Stick training can ultimately be adapted for empty hand self-defense though that will not be the focus of this introductory class. Open to medically fit adults of all ages, this class is a great entry point into martial arts weapon training and practical self-protection.
Ages 18+
Pickleball
Pickleball is a lot of fun. Designed for seniors but anyone can enjoy the game. It is played with paddles, a badminton net, a wiffle ball, and the game resembles tennis, 18 yrs+.
Self-Defense
Learn the foundations of personal safety in this dynamic and informative session. You’ll explore essential topics such as situational awareness, risk assessment, and prevention strategies. The class introduces practical techniques including defensive stances, basic striking, and effective escapes from grabs. You’ll also get a chance to try out safe breakfall techniques and a few takedowns. This introductory session is a great way to experience the core principles of self-defense and decide if further training is right for you.
16 yrs+
Stained Glass Level 1
Learn how to create a (minimum) 2 piece item to take home, and the skills to do more! There are 50 designs to choose from. 14 yrs+

tained Glass Level 2
Create a project up to 13 pieces to take home, and the skills to do more! Design should be selected at least 2 weeks prior to class, the instructor will email to ensure glass colours required are available. Must have taken a Stained Glass Level 1 class (from TLCA or another studio) 14 yrs+

Stone Painting
Learn how to prime, paint and seal your rock paintings! Lots of designs to inspire you and build your confidence! All children must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the class. This is a combined class, there is an adult registration and a separate child registration. All ages welcome!

Volleyball
This is a recreational and fun volleyball program. It is for any level of knowledge and experience. Non-marking shoes required.

Water Colour Technique
Learn the basic techniques of watercolour painting in this beginners class. Gain a good understanding of colour mixing, brush techniques and proven skills for painting beautiful pieces.
Verdict: Watercolor mastery relies on managing transparency and working light to dark. Unlike other media, you cannot paint white over dark colors; you must preserve the paper’s white.
- Supplies: Prioritize 100% cotton paper (300gsm) over expensive paints to prevent warping and frustration.
- Techniques: Use Wet-on-Wet
for soft backgrounds and Wet-on-Dryfor sharp details. - Common Mistake: Avoid “muddy” colors by letting each layer dry completely before glazing over it.
It can be scary to start painting with watercolors, but it’s a fun and rewarding experience. Water Colour Painting
Join The Art Attack and put you Beginner Watercolour class to work! In this class you will paint some smaller watercolour pictures, honing your technique and learning new concepts.
12 yrs+.
Yoga
Offered at a slower pace this class will give you a good foundation with introduction to basic yoga poses, breathing techniques and overall personal awareness, 18 yrs+.

Zumba / Pound
This class is a half hour Zumba (dance inspired cardio workout) combined with a half hour Pound class (drumming cardio inspired). This class is great for those who love to dance and drum!! SO MUCH FUN! Its also a great way to get just enough of both of these great classes. No experience necessary, 18 yrs+.

Barre Sculpt
This low impact class delivers a full body workout and it’s great for strengthening your core and overall toning, all while keeping your heart rate up. You’ll feel the burn as you sweat, stretch, and strengthen to energize your entire body. Everyone welcome, no previous experience needed, come give it a try! 18 yrs+.

Recommended equipment: light/medium dumbbells and an exercise mat. Instructor will also incorportate sliding discs and pilates ball which are supplied.
Outdoor Boot Camp
This class is a mixture of H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training), core, body sculpting, Tabata Drills and cardio! Boot Camp is an exciting, challenging workout targeting strength, agility and coordination! 18 yrs+
Pound
The Pound workout fuses cardio interval training with drumming to provide a challenging, heart-pumping workout. It moves fast: From start to finish, lively, heart-pumping movements and upbeat tunes keep the workout feeling fresh, 18 yrs+.
